摘　　要：目的　探讨人宫颈中bcl- 2基因表达的改变与其临床意义。方法　对 149例宫颈组织采用免疫组化ABC法检测bcl- 2基因蛋白的表达 ,结合临床资料分析该基因改变的临床意义。结果　宫颈癌中bcl - 2基因蛋白表达 (5 5 2 9% )显著高于宫颈正常和炎症组织 (18 75 % ) (P <0 0 1) ,其中 0期 (3/3)、Ⅰ期 (84 6 2 % )、Ⅱ期(74 5 1% )显著高于Ⅲ期 (2 8 5 7% ) (P <0 0 1)。bcl- 2蛋白表达与宫颈癌组织分化程度和存活率呈正相关。结论　bcl- 2基因的变化在宫颈癌发生和发展中起重要作用 。Objective\ To investigate the alterations of bcl-2 gene expression in human cervical carcinoma and their clinical significance.Methods\ We observed the expression of bcl-2 gene in 149 cases of cervical tissues by ABC immunohistochemical staining method.Results\ The positive rate of bcl-2 was significantly higher in carcinoma(55 29%)than in the normal cervix and cervicitis(18 75%)(P<0 01).In cervical carcinoma,expression of bcl-2 decreased with the increased clinical stage and that in stage 0(3/3),Ⅰ(84 62%),Ⅱ(74 51%)were higher than that in stageⅢ(28 57%)(P<0 05).Bcl-2 gene expression was found to be positively correlated with the poor differentiation and shorter survival time.Conclusions\ Bcl-2 expression plays an important role in the development and malignant change of cervical carcinoma,bcl-2 expression is characteristic in the early phase and its expression is associated with better clinical courses.
