摘  要:根据民用飞机电源系统发电机的试验需求,基于WINCC6.0和STEP7软件,设计并实现了用于模拟飞机发动机的拖动台直流调速系统。该调速系统具有优异的转速调节特性,良好的人机交互功能和保护功能,能较好的满足民用飞机发电机的试验需求。基于WINCC6.0和STEP7的直流调速系统的成功实现,不仅保障了民用飞机电源系统设计验证工作,而且还积累了我国民用飞机电源系统试验配套设施研制经验,对我国民用飞机电源系统试验具有重要的指导意义。A newly motor DC control system used for the drive stand, simulating for the civil aircraft engine, is designed and realized based on WINCC6.0 and STEP7 in this paper. The motor DC control system not only has excellent motor output speed control ability, but also has welcome human-computer interaction function and protection function. In a word, the motor DC control system can meet the civil aircraft generators test requirements very well. The successful realization of the motor DC control system is very important for the civil aircraft electrical power system lab test. It is not only much helpful in verification of the civil aircraft electrical power system design, but also important for research & development of the civil aircraft electrical power system test equipment.
