摘　　要：目的 :观察VM - 2 6对体外培养人多形性胶质母细胞瘤细胞株BT32 5的抑制。方法 :通过细胞生长曲线、细胞死亡百分率、细胞生长抑制百分率、抑瘤率等方法研究有关抑制情况。结果 :VM - 2 6可明显抑制体外培养人多形性胶质母细胞BT32 5生长 ,并有很好的剂量、时间反应。结论 :小剂量VM - 2 6即对体外培养人多形性胶质母细胞BT32 5产生抑制作用。Objective: To study the effect of VM-26 on glioblastoma multiforme BT325 in vitro. Methods: By using the methods of cell growth curve, rate of cell death, rate of cell growth inhibition and rate of tumorsuppression, the inhibitory effects of VM-26 on BT325 were investigated. Results: The experiments show that BT325 was inhibited by VM-26 in vitro with better relationships of dose-effect and time-effect. Conclusion: Glioblastoma multiforme BT325 can be effectively inhibited by low dose of VM-26 in vitro.
