渝东北地区与重庆主城区社区卫生人力资源现况调查与对比分析

摘　　要：目的通过调查,了解渝东北地区和重庆主城区社区卫生人力配置的现状与差异,提出优化配置渝东北地区社区卫生人力资源的建议。方法以整群抽样的方式抽取两地37个社区卫生服务中心,对所有卫生技术人员进行问卷调查,主要调查社区卫技人员的数量、性别、年龄、学历、职称、专业、岗位等内容。结果渝东北地区与重庆主城区平均每中心拥有卫技人员数分别为37.76人和64.92人、临床(助理)医师数分别为18.04人和32.25人、公卫(助理)医师数分别为1.68人和2.42人、护士数分别为9.52人和18.58人,医护比分别为2.07∶1.00和1.87∶1.00。结论两地社区卫生人力的性别构成相似,在年龄、学历和职称构成方面的地区间差异有统计学意义。两地社区卫生人力总量均不足,卫生人员业务素质有待提高;渝东北地区在卫生人力总量、人员结构和业务素质等方面不及重庆主城区,应加强渝东北社区人才队伍建设,促进社区卫生服务的协调发展。Objective To know the present situation and difference of human resources in the CHS center between the downtown area and a district of northeast Chongqing for providing a scientific way to deploy human recourses reasonably.Methods Investigate the current situation of human recourses in 8 CHS centers in the two areas by adopting self-administered.Results Gender composition and age composition and degree composition and profession composition have significant difference.Conclusion The total amount of human resources and the gender distribution and age distribution and the quality of personnel in the district of northeast chongqing is not reasonable than the downtown area.We suggest to enhancing construction of staff in CHS and promoting development of community health services.
