侧脑室前角穿刺外引流治疗急性梗阻性脑室内出血

摘　　要：目的 :探讨急性梗阻性脑室内出血的治疗方法 ,手术适应证和术后处理的要点。方法 :在强化及局麻下行侧脑前角穿刺 ,尿激酶灌注溶解血块外引流。结果 :本组 95例病人治愈 31例 (33% ) ,好转 37例 (39% ) ,死亡率 2 7例 (2 8% )。结论 :侧脑室前角穿刺外引流治疗急性梗阻性脑出血简单易行、组织创伤少 ,疗效好 ,便于推广应用。Objective:To study the treatment approach,Its indication and postoperativec are of acute obstructive intraventricular hemorrhage Methods:Ventriculopunc ture under local anesthesia and drainage of dissolved blood clot with urokinase Result:Of the 95 cases,31 cases (33%) were cured,37 cases (39%) were improved,and 27 cases (28%) died Conclusion:Ventriculopuncture along with drainage for acute obstructive intravetri cular hemorrhage is easy to perform,with less trauma yet effective Hence,It is an appropriate approach to be recommended for use
