摘　　要：通过对西部农村中小学校进行实地调研、访问,发现农村中小学校体育资源存在的困境与原因,运用"均衡发展"思路,对西部农村中小学校体育资源优化建设提出财政优先策略,科学规划、统筹发展策略,互助合作策略,自力更生策略等,以促进农村学校体育发展。The article by researching and accessing in the Rural School Western of China, we found the predicaments and reasons on the Sports resource , build a financial priority strategies, scientific planning and co - ordinate develop- ment strategy, mutual assistance and cooperation strategies, self- reliance strategy to promote sports development in the rm＇al schools on the idea of ＂balanced development＂.
