摘　　要：因公司生产现场需要很多将传感器的模拟信号输入PLC进行控制的情况,为降低成本,减少模拟量模块使用数量,决定采用多通道巡检仪解决此问题。通过选用接口、通讯协议、配置网络等操作,最终实现了巡检仪的采集检测信号方案。实践证明,该方法不但可靠性高,而且经济实用。Due to the situation that the production site needs to put sensor analog signal into PLC control, in order to reduce costs and quantity of analog modules, the company decides to adopt a multi-channel data logging devices to solve this problem. Through the operations of interface selection, communication protocols and network configuration, ultimately achieve the detection signal collection of data logging device. Practice shows that this method is not only highly reliable, but also economic and practical.
