摘 要:多电平变换技术因具有输出波形畸变小、器件电压应力低以及电磁干扰低等优点而广泛应用于大容量电力电子变换装置。随着电平数的增多,装置拓扑结构和控制复杂性增加,使变换装置的可靠性降低。本文改进通用型多电平变换装置为对象,采用更改触发信号,重构冗余的开关状态,代替故障器件,实现期望的输出,仿真结果验证了所采用方法的有效性。Multi-level inverter with low voltage stress on power switches, low harmonics and EMI is widely used in large capacity power equipments due to its advantages, including. However, with level number increases, the multilevel topology and control method become complicated, which decrease the inverter's reliability. This paper takes improvement of general multilevel inverter as object, changing the trigger and switch state of reconfigurable redundancy and replacing fault devices to achieve the desired output. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the method employed.
