CD184表达与急性髓细胞白血病预后相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨急性髓细胞白血病(AML)患者CD184表达与预后关系。方法:应用流式细胞术(FCM)检测了54例初治急性髓细胞白血病患者CD184表达情况,并分析CD184表达与CR1率,髓外浸润,复发率相关性。结果:CD184阳性组AML患者CR1率低,髓外浸润,复发率均较CD184阴性组增高,有统计学差异(P<0.05);CR1组患者CD184水平较非CR1组患者低,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:CD184高表达与CR1率低,髓外浸润,复发等不良预后有关;CD184是急性髓细胞白血病预后预测因子。Objective：Investigate the relationship between CD184 expression and prognosis in acute myeloid leukemia（AML） patient.Methods：The CD184 expressions were detected by flow cytometry（FCM） in 54 newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia（AML） patients,and the relationship between CD184 expression and CR1,extramedullary infiltration,recurernce rate also were analyzed.Results：The extramedullary infiltration and recurernce rate in CD184 positive group were all higher than CD184 negative group,and the CR1 rate was lower.and have significantly statistic difference（P〈0.05）.The CD184 expression levels in CR1 group were lower than non-CR1 group,and has statistic difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The high level of CD184 expression has closely associated with poor prognosis factor such as low level of CR1,extramedullary infiltration and relapse;CD184 expression is an prognostic factor in AML.
