前列腺癌中Survivin与VEGF蛋白表达及其相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨前列腺癌组织中生存素(Survivin)与血管内皮生长因子(VECF)蛋白表达的相关性。方法用免疫组织化学方法检测59例前列腺癌组织和22例正常前列腺组织标本中Survivin和VEGF蛋白的表达。结果正常前列腺组织中Survivin蛋白的表达为阴性,而在前列腺癌其阳性表达率为67.8%,且Survivin的阳性表达与前列腺癌的病理分级相关。Spearman相关统计学分析结果表明前列腺癌组织中Survivin表达与VEGF表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 Survivin的表达与前列腺癌的病理分级密切相关,检测Suvrivin可以协助前列腺癌的诊断;Survivin和VEGF在前列腺癌组织的表达呈正相关。Objective To study Survivin expression and its relation with expression of VEGF in carcinoma of pros- tate. Methods Expression of Survivin and VEGF was detected by SP immunostaning technique in 59 cases of carcinoma of prostate and 22 cases of normal prostate specimens, and the correlation between Survivin and VEGF was analyzed. Re- stilts In 59 cases of carcinoma of prostate, the positive rate of urvivin protein was 67.79% , but none positive expression of Survivin protein was detected in 22 cases of normal prostate specimens. Expression of Survivin protein was detected in a sig- nificantly greater proportion in carcinoma of prostate than normal prostate specimens. There was relationship between Sur- vivin protein expression and pathological type. Expresson of VEGF was positively correlated with expression of Survivin pro- tein. Conclusion The expression of Survivin is closely related to the initiation and proliferation of carcinoma of prostate. The detection of Survivin may contribute to the diagnosis of carcinoma of prostate. Expresson of VEGF was positively corre- lated with expression of Survivin expresson in carcinoma of prostate.
