微卫星分子标记与浦东鸡体尺屠体性状相关分析

摘　　要：利用15对微卫星标记检测50只浦东母鸡群体的等位基因数、杂合度、多态信息含量和等位基因频率,并对体尺、体重与微卫星分子标记基因型进行相关分析。结果表明:微卫星分子标记MCW0014、MCW0295与胸深存在极显著相关(P<0.01);ADL0278、MCW67与龙骨长存在极显著和显著相关(P<0.01、P<0.05);ADL0146与骨盆宽存在显著相关(P<0.05);LEI094、MCW0014和MCW67与腿肌率存在显著相关(P<0.05);MCW0094与活重存在极显著相关(P<0.01)。对与性状连锁的同一标记不同基因型间进行了多重比较,结果表明:座位MCW0014的AC基因型对胸深影响显著(P<0.05);座位ADL0146的AA基因型对骨盆宽影响显著(P<0.05)。结果提示试验所选定的微卫星标记适用于群体遗传多样性检测,且部分微卫星标记位点与体尺、屠体性状呈显著相关,这些结果将为浦东鸡的保种和标记辅助选育提供有益参考。Fifteen microsatellite markers were used to detect allele number,average heterozygosity（H）,polymorphism information content（PIC） and allele frequencies in fifty Pudong hens and its relationship with body size and carcass traits were analyzed.The results showed that MCW0014 and MCW0295 had remarkable relationship with chest depth（P〈0.01）;ADL0278 and MCW67 had remarkable relationship with the chest bone length（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）;ADL0146 had remarkable relationship with the pelvis width（P〈0.05）;LEI094,MCW0014 and MCW67 had remarkable relationship with the leg muscle rate（P〈0.05）;the relationship between MCW0094 and the body weight was extremely significant（P〈0.01）.The different genotypes of the same microsatellite DNA marker which was linked with traits were compared by way of Duocan,the conclusion was as follows：AC of MCW0014 was significantly correlative to the chest depth（P〈0.05）;AA of ADL0146 was significantly correlative to the thurl width（P〈0.05）.The results indicated the selected microsatellite markers were suitable to analyze the genetic diversity and som of them had significant correlation with body size and carcass traits,which will provide an important reference for conservation and breeding in Pudong chicken.
