摘 要:目的运用Delphi法征询专家对成人护理专升本课程设置的建议,发现其不足并改进。方法运用Delphi法征询21名专家对各课程群名称及开设科目的建议进行3轮咨询。结果剔除6个指标,对9个指标进行修改,增加4个指标,最终确定3个课程群(公共基础群、专业必修群、专业选修群)22门课程。专家的平均积极系数为94.67%,权威系数为0.905,最终得到的22门课程的变异系数均<0.25,专家意见的协调系数为0.572~0.629(P<0.01)。结论专家的积极和权威系数均较高,专家意见的变异系数和协调系数均符合统计学要求,最终形成的结果具有良好的代表性和权威性,对以后的教学改革有一定的参考价值。Objective To investigate experts' advices about curricula setting for part-time Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNS) pro- gram by using Delphi process. Methods Twenty-one experts were consulted to collect their suggestions of course group names and detail subjects in each course group by using a three-round Delphi process. Results Six indexes were deleted, 9 modified, and 4 ad- ded. The final version contained 3 course groups (fundamental course group, professional obligatory course group, and professio- nal elective course group) and 22 subjects. Experts' response rate and authority coefficient were 94.67 % and 0. 905 respectively; the variation coefficients of 22 subjects were less than 0.25; the coordination coefficients ranged from 0. 572 to 0. 629 (P〈0.01). Conclusion The final results can provide reference for future nursing education reform, which can be confirmed from experts' atten- tive involvement and high authority and from the variation coefficients and coordination coefficients meeting requirements of statis- tics.
