扣带回脑区与癫痫大鼠学习记忆损害相关性分析

摘  要:目的探讨扣带回脑区与癫痫大鼠学习记忆损害的相关性。方法以海仁酸癫痫大鼠模型为研究对象即模型组,另设立模型对照组及空白对照组,运用Morris水迷宫对各组大鼠的学习记忆能力进行评价,运用免疫组织化学染色观察各组大鼠扣带回脑区C-Jun免疫活性。结果模型组大鼠学习记忆能力明显降低,其扣带回脑区C-Jun免疫阳性细胞数目明显减少(P<0.05)。结论癫痫大鼠学习记忆能力明显降低,其扣带回脑区C-Jun免疫活性明显降低,扣带回脑区与癫痫大鼠的学习记忆损害存在相关性。Objective To investigate the correlation between the cingulate gyrus and the impaired learning memory of epilepsy rat. Methods Take the rat epilepsy models made by injecting kainic acid as the modle group, at the same time make model control group and blank control group. We observed the changes of animal models’ learning memory by Morris Water Maze. We observed the changes of animal models’ immunoreactivity of C-Jun in the cingulate gyrus by immunohistochemistry. Results The epilepsy models appeared obviously decreased learning memory.The immunoreactivity of C-Jun in the cingulate gyrus of epilepsy models was decreased obviously(P〈0.05). Conclusion The lerning memory of epilepsy rat decreased obviously. The immunoreactivity of C-Jun in the cingulate gyrus decreased obviously. The impaired learning memory of epilepsy models is correlated to the cingulate gyrus.
