摘　　要：为了培养高素质的应用型人才,打破现行课程框架,重新构建新型生物化检验实验教学模式,以培养创新精神、提高素质为主线,我们将现有实验课进行了整合,以诊断某一种疾病为线索,将相关的实验整合在一起,使学生能够掌握同一疾病下不同检验指标在临床诊断上的意义,提高学生综合分析及判断能力。In order to cultivate the high-quality talents, to break the current course framework, to construct the new experimental teaching mode of biochemistry test, mainly based on cultivating the spirit of innovation and improving the qualification, we will integrate the existing experiment, to a certain disease diagnosis for clues, make the related experimental together, to help the students to master the clinical diagnosis＇ significance of the different test index in the same disease, improving the students＇ ability of comprehensive analysis and judgment.
