摘　　要：随着移动通信技术的发展，手机图书馆建设如火如荼地开展起来。本文回顾了手机图书馆产生及发展的历程，从五个方面总结了手机图书馆服务的概念及特点，探讨了手机图书馆建设在现阶段存在的问题，并就该问题提出相应解决方案。Along with the development of mobile communication technology, mobile library construction underway carried out. This paper reviews the development of mobile phone library cause and process, from the five aspects, summarizes the concept and features of library services, mainly discussed the construction of library in the existing problems, and put forward corresponding solutions to the problems.
