三种治疗牙本质过敏方法的比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较舒适达脱敏牙膏、口腔脱敏糊剂、75％氟化钠甘油治疗牙本质过敏的临床疗效。方法将118名患者180颗牙本质过敏患牙随机分为三组，分别用三种脱敏剂治疗牙本质过敏，分别于1周、4周、12周评价，临床疗效。结果舒适达脱敏牙膏及口腔脱敏与75％氟化钠甘油相比较，治疗牙本质过敏疗效较好。结论舒适达脱敏牙膏及口腔脱敏糊剂均能有效缓解牙本质过敏。Objective To observe the treatment effect of three drugs on dentin hypersensitivity and to evaluate their efficiency of desensitization. Methods A total of 180 teeth from 118 patients with dentin hypersensitivity were divided into three groups, and treated by the three methods： Sensodyne desensitization toothpaste （A group）, nonnasality desensitization toothpaste （B group）, 75% sodium fluoride glycerin （C group）. The effects of the three methods were compared with one another after 1 week, 4 weeks, 12 weeks. Results Sensodyne desensitization toothpaste and nonnasality desensitization toothpaste had good treatment effect compared 75% sodium fluoride glycerin. Conclusion Sensodyne desensitization toothpaste and nonnasality desensitization toothpaste are efficient in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity.
