摘　　要：学生社团是高校精神文化重要的倡导者、传承者和推动者,更是学校思想教育的重要阵地。南京晓庄学院教师教育学院将学习型组织理念融入社团建设和发展过程,通过社团专业化建设,将社团发展与学生专业发展结合起来,社团发展有了方向,社团活动充实而丰富,社员积极性大幅提高,社团工作整体形成了一个良性发展的氛围。Student organizations advocate college spiritual and cultural heritage and promoters, and more important position in the ideological education in schools. Nanjing Xiaozhuang University, College of Teacher Education will be a learning organization concept into the community building and development process, through associations specialized construction, combining community development and student professional development, community development has been the direction of club activities to enrich the rich, members actively a substantial increase in social work as a whole a benign atmosphere.
