摘　　要：学风是高校教育质量的重要条件,是衡量一所高校办学质量的重要指标,也是高校生存发展的重要精神支柱。学风建设是实现培养目标的重要条件。高校团学组织与学风建设在目标上的一致性、内涵上的融合性和工作上的互利性,形成密切关系。团学组织以干部的表率力、组织的感召力和活动的推动力对学风建设起着不可替代的作用。The style of study is an important condition for the quality of higher education to measure an important indicator of the quality of Higher Education, college survival and development of the spiritual pillar. The style of study is an important condition for achieving training objectives. Universities and study style Tuanxuezuzhi consistency on the target, the connotation of the integration and mutually beneficial work, to form a close relationship. Tuanxuezuzhi cadres exemplary force, the driving force of the appeal of the organization and activities on the style of study plays an irreplaceable role.
