摘　　要：WWOX基因定位于染色体16q23.3～24.1,位于染色体普通脆性位点FDR16D,包含9个外显子,编码414个氨基酸,WWOX可能与p53、Bmi1、survivin、p73、Ap2α/γ、c-Jun、ErbB4、Runx2等相互作用而发挥凋亡作用。在多种消化道肿瘤中均发现WWOX基因杂合子缺失,WWOX mRNA表达低下或缺失,WWOX蛋白表达水平低。WWOX, located at the chromosomal area 16q23.3-24. 1, identified as a common chromosomal fragile site FRA16D, contains 9 exons and codes 414 amino acids. WWOX may play a role of apoptosis through interacting with p53, Broil, survivin, p73, Ap2a/γ, c-Jun, ErbB4, Runx2, and so on. WWOX gene heterozygosis loss, loss or low WWOX mRNA expression and low expression of WWOX protein have been detected in several gastrointestinal tumors.
