摘　　要：随着金融危机的影响越来越深,市场竞争不断加剧,细节在竞争中的作用日益凸显,细节越来越成为企业竞争力中不可忽视的因素。在这样的背景下,中国石化集团提出了走"精细管理,挖潜增效"之路,集团公司领导对江苏油田提出了"树立上游企业精细管理样板"的要求。本文结合精细管理的内涵,提出了采输卤企业实施精细管理的途径和模式。With the impact of financial crisis is deeper and deeper, the market competition grows. The details play prominent role in the competition, and the details become a factor that can not be ignored in enterprises competitiveness. Under such back- ground, SINOPEC proposes to follow ＂elaborate management and tapping potential for efficiency rise＂. The leadership of the corpora- tion puts forward the requirement of ＂setting up the example of elaborate management in upstream enterprises＂ to Jiangsu oilfiled. This paper proposes the way and mode for elaborate management in brine mining and transportation enterprises.
