摘  要:目的探讨康复训练对局灶性脑缺血大鼠行为学及脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、钙结合蛋白-D28K(CaBP-D28k)表达的影响。方法采用线栓法制备左侧大脑中动脉脑缺血模型,将SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、康复组。康复组在脑缺血24 h后开始康复训练,模型组、假手术组不行任何干预。在脑缺血第3、7、14天检测三组脑梗死灶周围BDNF、CaBP-D28k的表达,并进行神经行为学评分。结果假手术组神经行为学评分为0,康复组在脑缺血第3天与模型组神经行为学评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),第7、14天评分明显低于模型组(P<0.01)。康复组在脑缺血第3天脑组织中BDNF、CaBP-D28k的表达与模型组、假手术组比较无统计学差异(P均>0.05),第7、14天与模型组、假手术组比较明显升高(P均<0.01)。结论康复训练通过促进BDNF、CaBP-D28k的表达起到神经保护作用。Objective To investage the effect of rehabilitation training on the neurological behavior and the expres- sions of BDNF, CaBP-D28k for focal cerebral ischemia of rats. Methods Left middle cerebral artery occlusion was in- duced by an intraluminal lament. SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups : sham-exercise group ( SE), ischaemia-con- trol group (IC), and ischaemia-exercise group (IE). IE groups were treated with rehabilitation training after the induction of ischaemia for 24 hours, but SE and IC groups were short of intervention. Bederson test was carried out and the expres- sions of BDNF, CaBP-D28k around the infarct were detected at 3,7 and 14 days after the induction of ischaemia. Results Neurological behavioral score of SE group was O, and there was short of difference on neurological behavioral score in IC and IE group at 3 days after the induction of ischaemia (P 〉 0.05 ), but which was significantly lower in IE group than that in IC group at 7 and 14 d (all P 〈 0.01 ). The expressions of BDNF and CaBP-D28k in cerebral ischemia were no differ- ence among the three groups at 3 d, but they increased in IE group as compared with the SE and IC groups at 7 and 14 d ( all P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Rehabilitation training plays a neuroprotective role in promoting the expressions of BDNF and CaBP-D28K.
