摘　　要：通过对近几年高校就业指导课程教学模式的研究,用数学维度概括出三大类就业指导课教学模式:"教师主讲、学生主听式"的一维教学模式;"互教互学式"的二维教学模式;"教师-学生-专家三位一体式"的三维教学模式。分析不同教学模式的适用性,建议构建高校就业指导课教学模式应做好问卷调查、坚持"以人为本"、加快就业指导型师资队伍专业化建设、充分利用现代网络技术,旨在为就业指导教学工作者提供一定的参考与借鉴。It do research on the teaching mode of college employment guidance course in recent years,It summarized three categories of employment guidance course teaching mode from the mathematical angle：one dimensional teaching model of teachers speaking and students listening;two dimensional teaching model of mutual teaching and learning;three-dimensional teaching mode of teachers-students-experts trinity.It elaborated the different teaching mode application,put forward the corresponding proposal such as doing the questionnaire,adhering to the ＂people-oriented＂,promoting career guidance teachers specialized construction,and full-using network technology in order to provide certain reference for employment guidance education worker.
