摘　　要：目的:探讨眼眶海绵状血管瘤的CT诊断。方法:对24例经我院手术病理证实的眼眶海绵状血管瘤的CT和临床表现进行分析研究。结果:CT对于眼眶内海绵状血管瘤定位准确,诊断率为90.72%。结论:CT扫描对于海绵状血管瘤能准确定位、特异性很高,对眼眶肿瘤的鉴别诊断有重要价值。Objective：TO evaluate CT findings of Orbital cavernous hemangiomas and their clinical value. Methods： CT was performed in 24 cases with Orbital cavernous hemangiomas, which were confirmed by pathology, CT features and clinical manifestations were investigated retrospectively. Results： CT location of Orbital cav- ernous hemangiomas was accurate, the clinical value of CT was 90.79. %. Conclusion： CT scan could accurate lo- cation in Orbital cavernous hemangiomas, its specificity was higher, CT is helpful to its differential diagnosis.
