摘　　要：目的:探讨白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术中晶状体后囊破裂的原因和处理方法。方法:将2009年1～12月间在我院住院治疗的182例(190眼)行白内障超声乳化术中发生的后囊破裂的情况、处理方法和结果进行总结分析。结果:发生后囊破裂11眼,占5.8%。随访6～12个月,视力0.5～1.2者8例,占72.7%;低于0.5者4例,占36.3%。结论:后囊破裂与患者自身情况、术者手术技巧及经验相关,提高手术技巧,及时发现并正确处理后囊破裂是提高手术效果的主要因素。Objective： To analyze the causes and management of rupture of posterior capsule in the pha- coemulsification for cataracts. Methods： Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation were performed on 182 patients （190eyes） between 2009 years 1 -- 12 minths. The reason and treatment of posterior capsule rupture were analyzed. Results：Posterior capsule rupture occurred in 11 eyes（5.8 % ）during the operation, postoperatrat ire follow up for 4 eyes were 6--12 months. Final acuity of 0.5-- 1.2 was obtained in 8 eyes （72.7%）, lower than 0.5 was obtained in 4 eye （36.3 % ）. Conclusion： Rupture of posterior capsule is closely ralated to the conditions of patients as well as the experience and skill of operators. To raise our skill, identify early and correct man- agement of that are important for clinical prognosis.
