摘　　要：文章分析了有关学术权力与行政权力研究的历史脉络,总结了近些年我国学术界关于高校权力结构以及如何协调权力关系的主要观点。高校行政权力和学术权力的关系大致可分为融合论、分立论和不对称论三种基本观点,相关研究也对现有的权力结构现状提出了协调思路,其中"去行政化"是高校权力结构调整的主流思路。This paper analyzes the historical context of the academic authority admunistrative authority and summarizes the main points of the power structure and the way to coordinate authoritative relations in the colleges and Universities in recent years.Three basic views on the relationship between the academic authority and administrative anthority are distinguished： integration, separation and asymmetry. Studies related have put forward some new ideas on teh existing power structure, of which the ＂De-administralization＂ is the main thought for the adjustment of administrative structure in colleges and universities in China.
