参与式教学法在针灸推拿专业揣穴技能教学中的应用

摘　　要：揣穴是针灸推拿取穴的重要一环,但目前针灸推拿专业的课程设置及教学方式导致了揣穴技能教学的欠缺。在针灸推拿专业开设针灸推拿临床解剖选修课,采用参与式教学法,在肌肉骨骼系统及周围神经血管触摸及腧穴体表定位的基础上,引导鼓励学生去探索、发现穴位下相应的重要可触及解剖结构,达到了良好的教学效果。Fathoming acupoint is an important part in acupoint selection in the specialty of acupuncture-moxibustion and tuina, but current course offering and teaching methods have resulted in shortage in the teaching of fathoming acupoint skill. On the base of offering the elective course of clinical anatomy, applying participatory teaching method, touching muscle and skeleton system and peripheral nerves and vessels, and positioning acupoints on body surface, the students are encouraged to check and find touchable anatomy structure corresponding to acupoints, and good teaching results have been obtained.
