摘　　要：目的探讨提高新毕业护士临床实践能力的培训方法与效果。方法对100名新护士进行临床基本技能方法体系的培训,分析护理培训干预前后的效果。结果经过培训后,新护士的技术操作考核成绩明显提高,同时也加大了与病人交流沟通,改善了护患之间的关系,提高了患者满意度。结论通过对新毕业护士的临床基本技能方法体系的建立与临床护理实践,能大部分护士能熟练掌握护理技术操作,也提高了患者满意度。Objective To improve the methods and effects of nephrology, the training of clinical competence of newly graduated nurses. Methods One hundred new nurses training in basic clinical skills methodology to analyze the effect of care hefore and after the training intervention. Results After training the new nurses in the operating test, results improved significantly, and also increased communication with patients, to improve the relationship between nurses and patients, improved patients＇ satisfaction. Conclusions Nursing is a technology highly operational proficiency of technical operations, through the establishment of the methodology of basic clinical skills and clinical nursing practice, most of the nurses will master nursing techniques and improve patients＂ satisfaction.
