摘　　要：社会主义新农村建设人才是关键。广大农村人才匮乏,农科大学生以服务"三农"为目标,责无旁贷。调动农科大学生参与新农村建设的积极性,引导农科大学生通过寒暑假"三下乡"社会实践活动、"博士团"科技支农活动、参与农技推广、开展农民培训、毕业生到村任职、积极创业等不同形式新农村建设模式,在社会主义新农村建设中建功立业。The new socialist rural construction personnel is the key. The majority of rural are lack of personnel, agricultural college student should serve the ＂three rural＂. Motivate agricultural college students to participate in the new rural construction, Conduct them to take part in various activities to promote the construction of new rural, like Countryside social practice, Dr. Group Technology support for agriculture activities, promotion of agricultural technology, farmers training, Graduates to serve the village, start undertakings.
