摘 要:以云南5个烤烟主产区K326以及福建泰宁翠碧一号烟叶为供试材料,对其中性致香成分进行单因素方差分析,提取表征样本在产地间存在显著差异的中性致香成分指标,并对提取的差异指标进行聚类分析。结果表明:(1)对提取的云南5个主产烟区间烟叶中性致香成分指标进行聚类分析时,红河和大理分类正确、区分效果好,其次为曲靖地区,但玉溪和昆明地区分类、区分效果一般。(2)对提取的福建泰宁地区与云南5个主产区烟叶中性致香成分指标进行聚类分析时,云南5个主产烟区、福建泰宁分别聚为一类,并且两类别区分效果较明显。Flue-cured tobacco variety K326 from 5 main tobacco-growing areas in Yunnan province and Cuibi No.1 from Taining district in Fujian province were used as the tested materials,and their neutral aroma components were tested.Through single-factor variance analysis of neutral aroma components of tobacco leaves,the indexes which could express the significant difference in neutral aroma components among different tobacco-growing areas were extracted,and they were used for clustering analysis.According to the extracted neutral aroma component indexes,the 5 main tobacco-growing areas in Yunnan province were clustered,and Honghe and Dali areas were correctly and well classified,followed by Qujing area,while Yuxi and Kunming areas were generally classified.Through the clustering analysis of the 5 main tobacco-growing areas in Yunnan province and Taining district in Fujian province,the 5 areas in Yunnan were clustered into a group,Taining district was divided into another group,and these two groups could be well distinguished.
