摘 要:对全国不同地区193所学校的校长及7~9年级学生进行学校教育环境与资源对学生学业成就(语文和数学)影响的多层线性回归分析发现:学校教育在青少年学业成就发展中发挥重要作用;影响青少年学业成就发展的重要学校教育资源因素是图书资源、现代化电教辅助设备以及师资力量;学校环境与资源对青少年学业成就的影响具有显著的学科差异。应加强对学校教育的物质投入与管理支持,重视学校师资水平提高。The study recruited the schoolmasters and students (Grade 7 to Grade 9) from 193 middle schools all over the country. The hierarchical linear model was emph)yed to analyze the effects of school educational resources and environmenl on the Chinese and math achievements. The findings indicated that school education played an important role in. students academic achievements; library resources, modern audio-visual equipments and teaching recourses were important factors; the effects of sehool educational resource and environment on the disciplines were different. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen schools educational investment and management support and foeus on the improvement of the teaching recourses continuously.
