摘　　要：公安院校刑事诉讼法学教育是法学教育中的重要组成部分,公安院校的刑事诉讼法学的教学对象上的特殊性和教学手段的特殊性,决定了在公安院校刑事诉讼法学教学过程中必须充分遵循公安教育的特殊规律。公安院校刑事诉讼法教学必须坚持理论与实践教育相结合、与时俱进与理念教育相结合的原则,采用多种教学手段相结合的方式,提高教学质量,为培养具有优秀的业务水平的人民警察打下良好的基础。The public security colleges Code of Criminal Procedure education is an important part in the legal education,the special nature of the special nature of the teaching object of code of criminal procedure of the public security institutions and teaching methods,must be in the public security institutions of the Criminal Procedure Law teaching processfull compliance with the public security special education law.The teaching of public security colleges code of criminal procedure must adhere to the theory and practice of combining education with the times and the concept of combining education principles,use of a combination of a variety of teaching methods,improve the quality of teaching,to train with the outstanding level of business people＇s police to lay a good foundation.
