摘　　要：目的评价导管取栓溶栓治疗肠系膜上动脉栓塞的疗效。方法对13例急性肠系膜上动脉栓塞患者采用导管取栓溶栓术并观察疗效。结果13例患者均成功取出血栓，取栓溶栓后血管复通，2例患者开腹探查，1例切除坏死肠管，1例未见肠管坏死，无治疗相关并发症。结论导管取栓溶栓治疗肠系膜上动脉栓塞操作简便，能迅速恢复肠管血运，提高临床治愈率。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of catheter embolectomy and fibrinolytic treat- ment on acute superior mesenteric artery embolism. Methods Thirteen cases of acute mesenteric artery embolism were treated with embolectomy and fibrinolytic treatment by catheter method. Results Suc- cessful embolectomy and recanalizations were achieved in all of the 13 superior mesenteric arterial embol- ism, laparotomy for 2 cases, and 1 case underwent resection of necrotic bowel, without any serious compli- cations. Conclusions Catheter embolectomy and fibrinolytic is a simple and effective method for treat- ment of acute superior mesenteric artery embolism.
