摘　　要：过量β淀粉样蛋白(Amyloidβ,Aβ)的生成、聚集和沉积能引起一系列的神经毒性。姜黄素(Cur-cumin)是一种多酚类化合物,具有抗氧化、降血脂、抗肿瘤等多种生物活性。近年来,姜黄素对阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)中Aβ诱导的神经毒性保护作用已引起越来越多的重视。从与Aβ的结合、抑制Aβ的生成、抗氧化、抗炎等方面,综述了姜黄素对Aβ诱导的神经毒性保护作用的研究进展。The formation,aggregation and deposition of excess amyloid β-peptide（Aβ） induce the neurotoxicity on Alzheimer’s disease（AD）.Curcumin is a type of polyphenols with antioxidant,hypolipidemic,anti-tumor and other biological activities.In recent years,the protection of curcumin against the neurotoxicity induced by Aβ has been attracted more and more attentions.The research progress of the protection of curcumin against the neurotoxicity induced by Aβ was reviewed herein on its effect of binding to Aβ,inhibition of Aβ aggregation and other the bioactivities including antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity.
