摘 要:提出U型流动法评价水泥砂浆塑性粘度,运用流变学对U型流动法作了理论分析.结果表明,当浆体的剪应力屈服值较小时,该方法的测理参数与浆体的塑性粘度之间有线性关系,该方法可用来评价预填骨料混凝土用砂浆及其它剪应力屈服值较小的Binsham体的塑性粘度.Flow cone method is widely used to determine the flowability of grout and mortar.But to a Bingham-like fluid, the rheological behaviors. plastic viscosity and yield value are difficult to be reflected by using this method. Theoretical bases of some new methods were still insufficient. A new U-type method, which is used to evaluate the plastic viscosity of cement mortar, was proposed in this paper, and the theoretical analysis based on the principle of rheology was also presented. It can be concluded from the analysis and the experimental results that there is a linear relationship between testing parameter of this method and the plastic viscosity of cement mortar if the yield value of the mortar is small enough. The U-type method can be used to test and evaluate the viscosity of the grout for preplaced-aggregate concrete and other Bingham materials with a small yield value, for example,the cement paste with a large flowability.
