摘　　要：概述了红豆杉的种类、分布和价值,以及红豆杉资源的开发利用,尤其是紫杉醇来源紧缺的现状。重点论述了从红豆杉中获取紫杉醇的各种有效途径和方法的最新研究进展,指出了研发中存在的主要问题,对其发展前景进行了展望,为红豆杉和紫杉醇的开发研究、合理利用提供借鉴和参考。This article provides an overview of the taxus species, distribution and value. The status quo of development and utilization of taxus, especially the shortage of paclitaxel source was described. It focused on the latest research advance of obtaining taxol in a variety of effective ways and means. The main problem in the research was pointed out, as well as the development prospect. It provided the reference to the research and development and reasonable utilization of taxus and taxol.
