现代护理模式在肝癌介入治疗围术期的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨在肝癌介入治疗围术期间开展"以患者为中心"的现代护理模式的疗效。方法将87例行介入治疗的肝癌患者在围术期间按护理方法分成A组45例、B组42例,A组实施现代护理模式、B组实施传统护理模式,评估两种护理模式的效果。结果 A组较B组患者的情绪状态平稳,介入术中配合满意,家属满意度高(P<0.05),术后的不良反应降低(P<0.05)。结论在肝癌介入治疗的围术期,"以患者为中心"的现代护理模式的疗效明显优于传统护理模式。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the patient-centered care of modem nursing mode in TACE of hepatic carcinoma. Methods 87 cases of hepatic carcinoma were divided into two groups： 45 cases of group A and 42 cases of group B, patients in group A were treated by modem nursing mode in perioperation of TACE and patients in group B were given by traditional nursing mode, the therapeutic effect of two nursing modes were evaluated. Results The emotion al state, the cooperation and the satisfaction of family members of group A were better than group B （P 〈 0.05）, the incidence of postoperative complications of group A was less than group B （P 〈 0.05）.
