溃疡性结肠炎异位表达PS_2蛋白的检测及意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨 PS2 蛋白在溃疡性结肠炎组织中异位表达的意义。方法　用免疫组织化学法检测了30例溃疡性结肠炎和 2 8名正常人结肠组织中 PS2 和 CEA的表达。结果　显示 30例溃疡性结肠炎 PS2 蛋白阳性的 7例 ,阳性率 2 3.3% ,PS2 只在伴有不典型增生的溃疡性结肠炎中表达 ;而 CEA阳性的 2 2例 ,阳性率 73.3%。2 8名正常人结肠组织中 PS2 阳性的 1例 ,CEA阳性的 2例。结论　 PS2Objective To elucidate the significance of expression of PS 2 protein in the tissue of ulcerative colitis.Method PS 2 and CEA protein expression in the tissues from 30 patients with ulcerative colitis and 28 normal controls were measured by immunohistochemical method.Results It was found that PS 2 was positive in 7 of the 30 (23.3%) patients with ulcerative colitis.CEA was positive in 22 of the 30 (73.3%).PS 2 was expressed only in the patients with ulcerative colitis with atypical hyperplasia.Conclusion The PS 2 protein may be expressed ectopically in the tissue of ulcerative colitis.Detecting the PS 2 protein expression in the colonic mucosa can be used as a marker for observing the progression of ulcerative colitis.
