摘　　要：目的　研究细胞粘附分子CD4 4与大肠癌浸润和转移之间的关系。方法　采用免疫组化LSAB法 ,检测抗CD4 4标准型 (CD4 4s)和变异型v9(CD4 4v9)的单抗在人大肠癌中的表达 ,并结合临床资料全面分析。结果　CD4 4s在大肠癌原发灶中呈中等到强烈的表达 ,而且大肠癌转移灶均有CD4 4s表达。CD4 4v9与肿瘤的Dukes’分期和分化程度显著相关 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,而与组织学类型无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　CD4 4分子在大肠癌的浸润和转移中起着重要的作用 ,CD4 4v9有可能作为一种新的生物学指标来评价肿瘤的临床分期。Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of CD44s and its variant in metastasis of colorectal carcinoma. Methods Used immunohistochemical techique (LSAB) to examine the expression of antibodies of CD44s and CD44v9 used in 38 primary colorectal carcinoma.Results Most of the infiltrative and metastatic colorectal carcinorna expressed CD44s. In contrast to CD44s expression, CD44v9 expression was restricted to the advanced stages of the tumor, which was signifricantly correlated with Dukes staging and degree of differentiation ( p <0.01), but not to the histological pattern ( p >0.05).Conclusion CD44v9 may be taken as a new marker for assessing tumor staging and prognosis.
