小梁切除术后滤过泡的形态和功能分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨原发性青光眼小梁切除术后滤过泡的形态功能与眼压控制的关系。方法：随机选择１９９６年５月～１９９９年４月行巩膜板层下小梁切除术治疗的青光眼患者５８例（共７９眼），对滤过泡的形态和功能等情况进行分析。结果： Ⅰ型滤过泡占７２．１５％，平均眼压１７．４６ｍｍＨｇ；Ⅰ型滤过泡占１０．１３％，平均眼压９．８１ｍｍＨｇ。Ⅲ型滤过泡占１２．６６％，平均眼压２５．２５ｍｍＨｇ；Ⅳ型滤过泡占 ５．０６％，平均眼压２９．７５ｍｍＨｇ。结论：滤过泡的功能受青光眼的类型，严重程度，切口处的药物处理，手术技巧和病人个体差异等多种因素影响。Objective: To study the relationship between the morphologic characteristics. function of filtering blebs and the control of the intraocular pressure after trabeculectomy. Methods: 58 cases (79 eyes) underwent the trabeculectomy were randomly evaluated by morphologic characteristics and function of the filtering blebs from May 1996 to April 1999. Results: Type I filtering blebs were 72. 15 % with the average intraocular pressure 17. 46 mmHg; type Ⅱ filtering blebs were 10. 13 % with the average intraocular pressure 9. 18 mmHg; type Ⅲ filtering blebs were 12. 66 % with the average intraocular pressure 25.25 mmHg; type Ⅳ filtering blebs were 5. 06 % with the average intraocular pressure 29. 75 mmHg. Conclusion: The outcome of filtration surgery was highly dependent on the type of glaucoma, seventy of disease, management of wound, and surgical skill.
