摘  要:目的:测定脑梗死患者急性期血清脂结合唾液酸含量,研究脑梗死患者急性期血清脂结合唾液酸含量变化与梗死部位、程度之间的关系。方法:40例初次发病的急性脑梗死患者于发病1周内抽取静脉血,以20例同龄健康人血清为对照。采用微量脂质提取法及硫代巴比妥酸唾液酸检测法测定脂结合唾液酸。结果:血清脂结合唾液酸含量同龄组健康人为 2.67±0.33 mg/L,脑梗死患者急性期含量显著降低,为1.88±0.24 mg/L(P<0.01);更进一步分析发现,患者血清脂结合唾液酸降低与梗死部位及面积有关:大脑中动脉主干梗死患者降低最为明显,皮层次之,腔隙性脑梗死无明显降低。结论:脑梗死急性期血清脂结合唾液酸含量明显降低,而且与梗死部位、程度有关,提示脑梗死急性期体内神经节苷脂代谢异常。Objective: To study the change of the content of lipid - bound sialic acid in the serum of the patient with acute cerebral infarct and the relation between the change and the degree and location of the infarct. Materials and Methods: 40 patients with acute cerebral infarct and 20 healthy adults were studied. The methods of lipid micro-extraction and static acid determining with thiobabiturate were utilized. Results: The result showed that the content of lipid - bound sialic acid was 2. 67 ± 0. 33 mg/L (x ± s) in normal serum and was 1. 88 ± 0. 24 mg/L in the patient serum with acute cerebral infarct (P < 0. 01). There was a close correlation between the decrease of lipid - bound sialic acid content and the degree and location of cerebral ischemic damage. The content scarcely decreased in the serum of the patients with lacunar infarct and reduced strikingly in the serum of the patients with conical infarct and main stem occlusion of middle cerebral artery. Conclusion: The content of lipid - bound sialic acid of the patient serum with acute cerebral infarct decreases and it implies that the ganglioside metabolism of the patient with acute cerebral infarct may be abnormal.
