家兔股神经躯体纤维来源的节段性分布——HRP法研究

摘　　要：选用健康家兔 6只 ,将 0 .5mg的HRP涂于左侧股神经近侧端内 ,对躯体纤维来源节段性进行了观察 ,结果显示同侧L5～L7腹角和相应的脊神经节出现了阳性标记细胞 ,仅 1只动物L7脊神经节中出现少量HRP标记细胞 ,表明家兔股神经躯体纤维来源于下位腰髓腹角外侧部和相应节段的脊神经节 。The experiment was performed on 6 abult rabbits with the method of retrograde axonal transportion of horseradish peroxidase(HRP).That was smeared HRP on the proximal cut end of the left femoral nerves. A number of labered cells appeared in ipsilatoral spinal ganglia(L 5～L 7) in all the 6 animal,but only in one of them did a small number of labered cells appear in ipsilaleral L 7 segments of spinal ganglia.The laleled cells in the spinal cord were found in the ipsilateral ventralg gray hornib L 5～L 7 segments of these animals.
