摘　　要：基于对电信运营商的优劣势分析,提出了电信运营商参与移动互联网平台竞争的基本服务架构,并在此基础上提出了电信运营商发展移动互联网业务的3种重要的协同性策略,最后针对LTE时期电信运营商业务发展方向提出了参考性建议。Based on the analysis of the strength and weakness of telecom carriers,it proposes a basic service framework for carriers to participate mobile Internet platform competition.It then gives 3 important coordinating strategies for carriers to develop mobile Internet services.Finally,it presents some suggestions on the development direction of carriers’ services in LTE era.
