摘　　要：目的　探讨HLA DR在结肠癌组织及正常结肠上皮中的表达及其意义。方法　采用免疫组织化学ABC法检测 32例结肠癌和正常结肠上皮组织中HLA DR的表达情况 ,分析其表达水平与结肠癌Dukes分期的关系。数据处理采用多个样本率的 χ2 检验。结果　 34 3%的结肠癌及 93%的正常结肠上皮组织表达HLA DR ,且结肠癌中表达的阳性率随其病程发展而降低 ,在不同Dukes分期之间的阳性率差异有显著意义 (χ2 =6 2 4,P <0 0 5 )。结论　HLA DR可能作为结肠癌发生发展不同时期的一个标志物 ,参与抗癌免疫应答。Objective[WT5”BZ] To investigate HLA DR expression in human colon cancer compared with that in patients' own normal colon tissue and its clinical significance.[WT5”HZ] Methods [WT5”BZ] The expression of HLA DR in colonic carcinoma tissue and normal colonic tissue biopsied 5～10 cm away from the tumor from 32 patients were examined with immunohistochemical ABC method, and the relationship between HLA DR expression and Dukes stages was analyzed.[WT5”HZ] Result[WT5”BZ] The result showed that human colon cancer expressed HLA DR in 10 out of 34 cases(34 3%), while 30 out of 32 normal colonic samples (93%) expressed HLA DR. The positive rate of the HLA DR in colon cancer was in significantly reverse proportion to Dukes stages( P <0 05).[WT5”HZ]Conclusion[WT5”BZ] Our result indicated that HLA DR might be used as a marker of the genesis and development of colon cancer.
