翻身二切口手术治疗中段食管癌48例体会

摘　　要：目的总结翻身二切口手术治疗食管中段癌的经验体会。方法 2008年3月～2011年6月,对48例食管中段癌患者施行翻身二切口手术治疗,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果全组无住院死亡,发生并发症4例。结论翻身二切口手术治疗食管中段癌可以彻底切除肿瘤,可以彻底清扫胸部及腹部区域淋巴结,胸部及腹部均能更好地暴露,减少其并发症的发生。Objective To summary the experience of two incision surgical treatment over the middle of the esophagus cancer. Methods 48 patients with middle esophageal cancer patients were treated wity surgical treatment over two incision from March 2008 to June 2011, the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patents had not died in hospital, 4 cases had complications. Conclusion Turn over two incision surgical in treatment of esophagus cancer can excise tumor completely, can thoroughly clean their chest and abdomen regional lymph node, chest and abdomen all can better exposure, reduce the complications.
