摘 要:为了保障人员与矿车等荷载进出矿用电梯轿厢的安全与可靠性,对基于柔性导轨的矿用电梯层站搭接平台进行了轨迹规划。基于五连杆机构模型,设计了翻转与直线一体的自锁搭接平台,并根据踏板匀速翻转角度要求,建立了踏板约束点参数轨迹方程。通过不同参数下轨迹曲率半径分析,给出了搭接平台合理轨迹曲线。为了验证轨迹的平稳性,构建了基于ADAMS的搭接平台仿真模型,仿真结果表明踏板约束点的速度和加速度曲线与理论模型一致,搭接平台运行平稳、可靠,能够为矿用电梯的搭接平台设计提供参考。In order to improve safety, comfort and reliability of mine elevator in the process of operation, the tra- jectory planning of mine elevator' s overlap platform is carried out. The self- locking overlap platform which includes straight line mechanism and turnover mechanism is designed, and according to the require of rotary angle of the foot- board, the parametric equation of constraint point of the footboard is established. By analyzing the radius of curvature under different parameters, the suitable curve of landing overlap platform is gotten. In order to verify the stationaxity, the simulation models of landing overlap platform based on ADAMS is built. The result of motion simulation shows that the curve of velocity and acceleration of the constraint point are consistent with the theory model. The movement plat- form of platform is reposefully and reliably, some reference can be offered for designing platform mine elevator.
