摘  要:为了使双转子永磁同步电机(双转子PMSM)在全速域实现无传感器精确控制,研究了该种电机双转子位置的复合自检测方法。结合面贴式双转子PMSM的结构,在低速区采用脉振高频电压注入法确保检测精度,高速区采用模型参考自适应法确保动态响应。将两种方法的优势相结合,设计出无传感器复合控制系统,并给出了速度切换区间和加权切换算法。实验结果显示,这种方法能在高低速之间实现平滑切换,在全速域实现转子位置的准确检测,并保持双转子的等速对转。In order to realize accurate sensorless control in overall speed range for dual-rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor ( DRPMSM), a hybrid rotor position detection approach was investigated. According to the configuration of surface-mounted DR PMSM, high frequency voltage pulse injection method was used in low speed area to insure precise detection, and model reference adaptive system (MRAS) method was employed in high speed area to achieve fast response. A hybrid sensorless control system was constructed by combining the advantages of the above 2 methods, in which the transition region and transition algorithm were presented. The experimental results indicate that the proposed system works smoothly between low speed and high speed range, and is competent for rotor position precisely detection in all speed range. Moreover, it keeps the 2 rotors with equal speed and reversed direction.
