摘  要:[目的]研究石油醚提取葡萄籽中原花色素的最佳工艺。[方法]采用香草醛检测法,测定原花色素的吸光度,绘制标准曲线;正交试验优化石油醚提取原花色素的影响因素。[结果]正交试验得出的葡萄籽中原花色素石油醚浸取最佳条件为以浓度60%的石油醚为提取剂,料液比为1∶5 g/ml,在60℃下用索氏提取器回流1.5 h,此条件下葡萄籽中原花色素的提取率可达60.03 mg/g。[结论]可以利用石油醚提取葡萄籽中的原花色素,并有较好的提取效果。[Objective] To study the best extraction conditions of proanthocyanidin from grape seeds by petroleum ether.[Method] The absorbance of proanthocyanidin was determined with the method of vanillina,a standard curve was drawn,and the factors influencing the extraction of proanthocyanidin were optimized with orthogonal experiment.[Result] The best extraction conditions were 60% petroleum ether as extractant,1∶ 5(g/ml) solid-liquid ratio,Soxhlet extractor to reflux at 60 ℃ for 1.5 h,the extraction rate of proanthocyanidin under the best conditions was 60.03 mg/g.[Conclusion] Petroleum ether is good in extracting proanthocyanidin from grape seeds.
