多发性骨髓瘤患者血清IL-17水平及其临床意义

摘　　要：本研究旨在观察多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者血清中白介素-17(IL-17)的水平及其与MM活动期/稳定期、MM临床分期、血清β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)的关系,探讨IL-17在MM发病机制中的作用及其临床意义。采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测33例MM患者及20例对照者血清IL-17水平,应用放射免疫法检测血清β2-MG含量。结果表明,MM患者血清IL-17及β2-MG水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.001);活动期MM患者血清IL-17及β2-MG水平显著高于稳定期MM患者(P<0.05);按国际分期系统(ISS)分期,Ⅲ期MM患者血清IL-17及β2-MG水平明显高于Ⅱ期(P<0.05);血清IL-17与β2-MG水平呈显著正相关(r=0.690,P<0.05)。结论:血清IL-17水平与MM活动期/稳定期、MM分期相关,IL-17可能在疾病的发展过程及预后中有重要的作用。This study was purposed to detect the serum concentrations of interleukin-17 （IL-17） in patients with multiple myelorna （MM）, and to investigate its clinical significance, the serum IL-17 levels in 33 patients with MM and 20 normal control subjects were quantified by using double antibody sandwich ELISA, and serum β2-microglobulin（ β2- MG） levels were detected by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the serum concentrations of IL-17 and β2-MG in patients with MM were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.001 ）, the serum concentrations of IL-17 and β2-MG in active stage were significantly higher than those in stable stage （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the serum concentrations of IL-17 and β2-MG were significantly higher in stage Ⅲ than that in stage Ⅱ according to International Staging System（ISS） （P 〈0.05）, the serum IL-17 and β2-MG levels were significantly correlated （r = 0. 690, P 〈 0. 05 ）. It is concluded that the serum IL-17 level correlates with active/stable stages of MM and staging of MM, IL-17 may play an important role in development stage and prognosis of this disease.
