摘 要:目的为解决动态环境中脉搏血氧饱和度监测容易受到运动干扰的问题,提出一种新的运动干扰分离自适应对消方法。方法在对动态环境光电容积脉搏波信号干扰分析的基础上,首先通过计算信号包络提取出红光和红外光光电容积脉搏波信号的交流分量,并分离出与干扰相关的信号,然后将其作为参考信号进行自适应滤波,去除运动干扰。结果采用本文提出的方法可有效抑制运动干扰对血氧饱和度结果的影响。结论本方法充分利用了光电容积脉搏波信号包含的信息,具有结果准确、稳定,运算量小的特点,可应用于动态环境血氧饱和度的监测。Objective To propose a new motion artifact separation based adaptive elimination method for solving the problem of motion artifact during oxygen saturation monitoring in ambulant environments. Methods Based on the analysis of motion artifact mixed in photoplethysmography signal in ambulant environments, the enve- lopes of red and inferred light PPG signal were calculated. Then these envelopes were used to create an arti- fact-related signal which could be used as the reference signal to remove motion artifact by adaptive filter. Re- suits Experimental results showed that the proposed method could effectively mitigate the impact of motion arti- fact on oxygen saturation result. Conclusion By utilizing fully the information embedded in PPG signal, the proposed method which is characterized by accurate, stable and time-saving can be used to monitor oxygen sat- uration in ambulant environment.
