首诊于眼科的双眼脉络膜转移癌一例误诊分析

摘　　要：全身恶性肿瘤若转移至眼部常属晚期。因此,对于首诊于眼科的脉络膜转移癌患者给予正确诊断,并及时转其他相关科室查找原发癌是眼科医师的重要职责。双眼脉络膜转移癌较为少见,现将1例首诊于眼科,最初误诊为虹膜睫状体炎的双眼脉络膜转移癌报道如下。Systemic malignant tumor metastasis to the eye is often an advanced case.Therefore,it is important to give a correct diagnosis to a binocular choroidal metastatic carcinoma patient first diagnosed in Department of ophthalmology.It is an important duty for ophthalmological physicians to transfer timely the patient to other related departments to find out the primary cancer.Binocular metastatic carcinoma is rare.This paper reports a case of binocular metastatic carcinoma first misdiagnosed as iridocyclitis in ophthalmological department.
